COVID Safe Power & Sound Revival Festival Announced
With Coronavirus restrictions easing in many states in the United States festival organizers are now looking at ways to put events on safely and one of those taking place this May will be the inaugural Power & Sound Revival Festival which will be taking place on the 22nd at The Piedmont Dragway in Julian, NC.
The forthcoming event will feature an array of live music from Americana, alt-country, and roots-rock artists and bands alongside classic car shows, bike shows, and vans, gourmet food trucks, and gorgeous creations by local artists making for an eclectic one day festival in the sun.
The one-day Power & Sound Revival Festival has been put together by the mother and daughter owned, Rockingham Company and will be a large-scale ticketed event that will welcome all ages. The celebration will be located between Burlington and Greensboro, NC with camping on-site available.
Artists announced for the line-up include local NC and regional artists, such as 49 Winchester, Whiskey Foxtrot, DownTown Abby & The Echoes, Crenshaw Pentecostal, Tennesse Champagne, John Howie Jr and The Rosewood Bluff, while the headlining act will be Them Dirty Roses, a hard-hitting country/rock band from Alabama.
The festival will also be as COVID secure as possible with those in attendance socially distant from each other in and around the grounds and all are asked to wear masks at all times to ensure that protocols are followed and state rules adhered to in line with government advice.
