Carly Pearce Releases New Album ’29: Written In Stone’

Kentucky native Carly Pearce returns with her phenomenal new collection ’29: Written In Stone’ – the latest record from the singer/songwriter sees her returning to the story of the ’29’ EP which she felt never quite completed that chapter of her life so this extended version of that time brings to close that era.

The original EP tracklist was one of the most beautifully constructed, well-written, and performed offerings you’re likely to hear from a country artist within the scene right now and with this extended cut, she brings that magic to several more songs as she closes the book on one of the most painful, yet biggest learning curves of her life.

The LP is a stunning work of art that allows Carly Pearce to further cement her status as one of the biggest country stars of our generation. Her vocal and songwriting talent are absolutely on another level and with ’29: Written In Stone’ all of her artistry is on show and it is incredible to witness.

The tracklist features an array of standout songs that focus on a time in her life when heartbreak and loss were at the forefront and there are lyrics of hopefulness, hopelessness and so much more weaved through the fabric of the album with songs that will tell her story like never before.

There are also several standout collaborations on the record with a major standout being the outstanding duet ‘Never Wanted To Be That Girl’ with Ashley McBryde which is just absolutely breathtaking – there is something for everyone on this album and it shows Pearce’s true heart and soul.
