Country Music Singer Twinnie Joins Alice In Wonderland Theatre Show As Voiceover

Heartening theatre show Alice In Wonderland: Down The Rabbit Hole returns to The Aeronaut Outside Theatre on Sunday, September 27th for two special shows following its premiere on the 19th of August with a sell-out show which kicked-off a short run of the performance.

And joining the cast as a voiceover will be British country music sensation Twinnie who earlier this year wowed with her breakout debut album ‘Hollywood Gypsy’ and most recently with her newest hit single ‘Feeling Of Falling’, and as she continues to see her music career go from strength-to-strength despite COVID hitting touring plans she will now return to the theatre world (sort of) for these afternoon plays.

An accomplished West End performer, Twinnie has been performing in productions since she was just 19 and has a wealth of performing arts experience under her belt and will no doubt bring some pure magic to the Alice In Wonderland London performances as she joins the impressive line-up voicing the Chesire Cat.

Speaking about the forthcoming productions, the show’s director Jessica Bastwick-Vines says: “Theatre, community, and storytelling has been the heart of UK’s culture for centuries. As traditions we have grown up on, making high-quality theatre possible and accessible to all post lockdown has been our priority. Seeing our audience’s faces light up as they were transported to a world of silliness and imagination was sheer, heart-warming joy”

Meanwhile, the writer and producer of the Alice In Wonderland show Ashley Luke Lloyd added “to see the children’s faces light up and seeing them immersed in the theatrical world was absolute magic. Our version of Alice all revolves around kindness and overcoming each other’s differences.”

Tickets for the socially-distanced London production are on sale now priced from £5 with two performances available: 1 pm and 4 pm on September 27th.
