Emma Jo Releases New Single ‘Queen Of The Silver Lining’

Emma Jo is one of the most eclectic and exciting Americana/country performers to be creating and releasing music at the moment and as she continues to push the sonic boundaries in order to create a unique soundscape she has shared her latest offering ‘Queen Of The Silver Lining’.

Having been raised on a blend of Motown, classic country and early rock’n’roll her own personal sound is a stellar fusion of all those styles and so much more making for a truly brilliant stylistic that seeps out of her musical core – and that mixed with her standout vocal creates a dynamic sound.

And with her latest release multi-talented, singer/songwriter Emma Jo brings together all those influences allowing for her to deliver one of the most impressive country-inspired songs of the year with the track having an outstanding uptempo, drum-driven production backdrop.

Speaking about the creative process of making ‘Queen Of The Silver Lining’, Emma Jo says: “With COVID, and with this being a positively bonkers time in my own life, this song took longer to record than most. But I have to say, I am soooo proud of “Queen of the Silver Lining.” I believe this song is my best work to date”.

And she’s not wrong – this really is her best song yet. It has a sweeping, yet haunting vibe that allows for her soulful, well-controlled vocal to truly shine through whilst the atmospheric guitar tones elevate the whole thing to the next level creating a dark and tangible vibe throughout.
