Back on New Music Friday this weekend, on-the-rise British country-pop performer Hollie Shearer wowed with her brand new single ‘Sauvignon Blanc’ which details her very first heartbreak in an incredibly raw and honest way allowing for her to connect with listeners on a deep level.

The track was co-written by Hollie, and Brookfield over a year ago and is the Geordie singer/songwriter’s third official release this year which has been a major breakout twelve months that has put her on the map as one of the most exciting voices to be emerging onto the ever-growing UK country scene.

Speaking about ‘Sauvignon Blanc’ across social media, Shearer states: “I wrote this song nearly over a year ago so for it to be finally released makes me so happy!! When I was writing this song I wanted to be as detailed as I could because I wanted you to be able to connect with it and relate with it in some way”.
