Levi Hummon Releases New Single ‘A Home’

Multi-talented country-pop performer Levi Hummon is quickly rising up the ranks and becoming one of the genre’s most loved artists and now he is ready to take his promising career to the next level with the release of his newest single titled ‘A Home’ which officially drops today (February 5th).

The standout track is the first song Hummon has crafted completely on his own with zero outside influence making for a truly unique offering with the lyrics being written during a mindful and literal home renovation project that Levi tackled during lockdown and quarantine last year.

The stellar lyrical story is all about paying homage to create a strong foundation that leads to an open home, something that is close to Levi’s heart as he grew up in Nashville with his Grammy award-winning father Marcus Hummon, and renowned humanitarian mother Becca Stevens.

Speaking about the track, Levi Hummon says: “2020 was a crazy year for all of us. Instead of touring, I did what a lot of people did during quarantine, I renovated my house. I got the idea for “A Home” while painting the walls. The whole title and concept for the song hit me all at once. This song is about more than turning a house into a home, it’s about realizing that maybe there’s a reason for all the craziness in the world, maybe 2020 was meant for us to take a minute to slow down and rejoice in the little extra time we get with the people we love.”

It’s a beautiful, sentimental song from Levi and acts as the first official taste of his forthcoming EP that is slated for release this coming Spring with the record expected to be a major standout of this year’s musical calendar as Hummon continues to push for global chart success.
