Scott Kurt Releases Cover Of ‘Run Run Rudolph’

Rising country music recording artist Scott Kurt is ready to get us all in the festive spirit this December with his brilliant release of ‘Run Run Rudolph’ which sees him putting his own unique country spin on the holiday classic making it his own whilst retaining the magic of the original.

During the month of November Kurt decided he wanted to record a version of the Christmas classic so headed into his studio in Virginia (following COVID government rules) whilst the final mixing and instruments were then completed in Nashville, TN by producer Shawn Byrne.

Byrne recently won the coveted Best Lyric national contest put on by American Songwriter, and his production skills are truly remarkable. He has done a wonderful job of creating a sonic production for this re-release of ‘Run Run Rudolph’ putting a new spin on the track and allowing for Scott Kurt’s vocals to shine.

Speaking about his decision to record and release his own unique rendition of the holiday favorite ‘Run Run Rodolph’, rising singer/songwriter Scott Kurt says: “It has always been one of my favorite Christmas songs and I wanted to go for that old school throwback vibe for my version”.

Scott’s reimagining of the classic has delivered a brilliant new and updated offering that keeps a firm hold of the traditions of the original whilst incorporating modern country music styles into the mix in order to create a fantastic new soundscape that creates a new dynamic of the track.
