Tommy Atkins Releases New Single ‘Stuck Behind A Tractor’

Tommy Atkins is the history-making country artist currently taking the ever-growing scene by storm and his newest release titled ‘Stuck Behind A Tractor’ is out right now and is available to stream and download across all leading digital download and streaming platforms.

The latest release from Atkins sees him building on a truly remarkable few years that have seen him racking up four number 1 singles across the UK, Canada, and New Zealand, as he carves out a place for himself across the global market with his genre-bending soundscape.

In 2020, Tommy Atkins also made history at Country Radio with the very first hit to feature openly gay lyrics in the UK, and Europe. A whole host of award wins and nominations followed and Tommy showed the world that there is true freedom to be found when you allow yourself to be truly you.

And now he is back with his latest track ‘Stuck Behind A Tractor’ which is yet another expertly crafted hit from one of country music’s brightest lights – this feels like such a freeing time for artists to experiment with their sound and challenge the barriers in place and the multi-talented artist is leading the change.

Speaking about the single, Tommy Atkins says: “Out where we live, we get stuck behind tractors all the time, and I thought that was the perfect metaphor for where I’m at right now. Between the Covid lockdowns, turning 30, and moving out to the country, I’ve learned to slow down and not lose my shit when things aren’t happening as quickly as I’d like.”
