Brian Rhea Announces New Single ‘As You Were’

Nashville based country-soul singer/songwriter Brian Rhea has formally announced details of his forthcoming and much anticipated new single titled ‘As You Were’. The track will officially drop across all streaming and download platforms on July 24th and will benefit the Operation Home Front charity foundation.

The song was penned in Music City by Brian and his brother John Rhea after John was inspired by a show that focused on soldiers who suffer from mental illnesses. The result is a powerful track that is emotive and inspirational in its lyrical output and shines a light on what serving and retired military personal go through on a daily basis.

The songs thought-provoking subject matter resonated deeply with Kevin Maxwell who is the head of the annual event Brunch For The Brave which takes place in Cookville, TN and is committed to raising vital funds and awareness for wounded service members and their respective caregivers. Personally knowing PTSD sufferers, Maxwell instantly connected with the song and was delighted to team up with the Rhea brothers for this release.

‘As You Were’ from Brian Rhea is a release that is significant and extremely important and will no doubt go a long way to breaking down barriers and allow for soldiers to open up about their respective struggles.
