Twinnie Previews New Song Via TikTok
With video-sharing platform TikTok now becoming one of the major pathways to global stardom artists from all genres are beginning share music across the social channel in a bid to gain a viral hit that will see their career skyrocket just like Priscilla Block has seen with her hit single ‘Just About Over You’.
And although on the verge of being banned in America TikTok shows no signs of slowing down and with it already being one of the most used platforms across the world it has become another vital way for artists to connect with their fans especially in these times of quarantine.
One of those performers making the most of the social media platform’s huge global reach is British country/pop artist Twinnie who regularly keeps fans entertained with comedy skits shared to her growing channel and has now begun “leaking” her own unreleased music on there as she continues on the promotional trail for breakout debut album ‘Holywood Gypsy’ which dropped earlier this year.
A song yet to be shared as an official track was previewed by the York singer/songwriter via TikTok on Thursday, August 6th with the rising superstar performing the snippet acoustically as she sang the relatable lyrics of what it would be like if boys thought like girls.
The short clip allowed listeners a little taste of the song and delivered a glimpse into what Twinnie has been working on during the enforced UK lockdown it also showcased her soaring vocal ability that just seems to effortlessly flow from the multi-talented performer.
