Charlie Worsham Releases New Single ‘Believe In Love’
Critically acclaimed country-influenced singer/songwriter Charlie Worsham has this week released his latest single ‘Believe In Love’ which is an excellently crafted release that showcases his introspective songwriting style, and stellar ability to tell a stunning story throughout the entire track.
The sweet song about love and safety in any kind of relationship has been deeply inspired by Charlie’s grounded family dynamic and producer Jay Joyce has done a wonderful job of creating a beautiful production overlay that adds to the lyrics whilst allowing Charlie’s vocals to take centre stage.
The track has been co-written by Charlie Worsham alongside renowned writer, and hitmaker Jimi Bell with the pair joining forces to ensure that listeners are taken from start to finish via the sweeping lyrical story arc that is laced throughout the impressive new offering.
‘Believe In Love’ is Worsham’s second official single release of 2021 and it follows on from the stellar ‘Fist Through This Town’ which dropped earlier in the year and this feels like the mark of a brand new chapter in his standout music career as he looks to push on to the next level.
Speaking about his latest single, Charlie Worsham says: “‘Believe In Love’ takes me to Worsham Service Center, to stopping by after school and visiting with my Nanny and Papaw, who ran the shop. It takes me to dozing off in the pew of Emmanuel Baptist Church on a Sunday morning, my mom letting me nap during the sermon. It takes me through all the great dogs our family has known. These are the landmarks, the road map I was sent into the world with, from a family and community that raised me to know and value love. And most importantly, it was these landmarks that steered me to Kristen, marriage, and parenthood. I’m now in that chapter of life where I get to help map out new landmarks for our son as he grows up. ‘Believe In Love’ is where I’ve been, where I am, and where I’m going.”
