Parker Graye Shares ‘Last Time’ Video

Last month, on-the-rise country music artist Parker Graye released her brilliant new single titled ‘Last Time’ which showcased an incredible depth of artistry from one of the genre’s most exciting artists to be rising up the ranks at this moment and one that shone a light on her vocal prowess.

Since its official release a few weeks back, the impressive track has been featured on 6 Apple Music editorial playlists (Canada’s Country, New In Country, Back Porch Country, New Music Daily, Sound Check, Country Risers) whilst also racking up in excess of 42,000 streams in its first 3 weeks on Apple Music.

Stellar stats for a song from a performer still very much in the early years of a budding career and with the single still garnering major attention across charts and streaming playlists, Parker Graye has now shared the official music video for the hit song which adds another dimension to the release strategy.

The standout visual has been expertly directed by filmmaker Jonathan Spooner from Spooner Creative who has done a truly outstanding job of crafting a video that brings the lyrical story to life and allows for Graye to have the freedom to put a visual spin on the song she has so brilliantly written.

Speaking about the clip, Parker Graye says: “The piece features myself and a singular chair, flipping between moments of hopefulness, helplessness, sadness and anger. I wanted to create a piece that was cinematic and simple while also having depth and opportunities for interpretation. Similar to the production of the song, I wanted the concept to be simple allowing the story to truly come through and for listeners to connect with me and the song on a deeper level”.
