I Know A Woman Announce Flip The Monster Hits Showcase
I Know A Woman is a global music collective that is aiming to standardise mental health therapy within all label and publishing deals across the music business. The initiative has been founded by UK singer/songwriter Twinnie who has decided to use her voice to change the landscape of how the industry operates.
The organisation officially launched back in March of this year and they have so far held several songwriting camps, and live music events with their Flip The Hits showcase in Nashville this summer being a particular highlight where funds raised went to MusiCares and the I Know A Woman music and wellness fund.
IKAW as they are known for short will launch a collective album on International Women’s Day, 2022 featuring songs from artists of all genres with the tracks being born out of the writing sessions that have been taking place throughout 2021 – the LP will raise money for mental health resources within music.
But before that record drops, the worldwide organisation will host their second Flip The Hits show on October 4th in Nashville, USA at the iconic Basement East venue with a huge roster of talent including several country music acts who will be coming together for one incredible evening of live music.
Artists taking to the stage include Juna N Joey, Summer Overstreet, Livy Jeanne, Temecula Road, and Callista Clark, to name a few.
