Tenille Townes Releases New Single ‘When’s It Gonna Happen’

Following a teaser video posted across social media a few weeks ago, country music performer Tenille Townes has responded to the outpouring of fan support and officially released the stellar track ‘When’s It Gonna Happen’ for download and streaming across all digital platforms.

The heartfelt, and honest lyrical story paints the picture of seeing your friends and loved ones moving on, finding love, getting their dream realities etc while you still feel stuck in one place – it’s a poignant story that will strike a chord with listeners across the globe especially after this past two years where time feels as if it has stood still for many.

The latest offering from Tenille Townes follows on from the brutally honest and vulnerable ‘Villain In Me’ which was lauded as her most authentic release to date with the Canadian hitmaker peeling back the layers of her soul in a bid to showcase a side of her nobody had ever witnessed before.

And with ‘When’s It Gonna Happen’ she once again looks deep to create a song that truly means something and which comes from a place of truth making it easy to connect to for listeners around the world who will find a piece of themselves within the pained lyrics from the award-winning music maker

Speaking about the single, Tenille says: “I wrote this song because it’s a real and true window into my life right now and how I feel sometimes about being single. I know that if it’s something I’m feeling, then there must be others who feel the same way I do. I wanted to create something that would speak to them too!. I’ve shared a few pieces of the song on socials, and it has been the most encouraging and exciting thing seeing people comment and say that they feel the same way. I’m really so excited to share the rest of this song with everybody and can’t wait to sing it at the top of our lungs together on the road!”
