Alan Jackson Announces New Album ‘Where Have You Gone’
Country music icon Alan Jackson returns on May 14th with his brand new album titled ‘Where Have You Gone’ which will be made available across all leading global platforms – the forthcoming collections is Jackson’s 16th studio album a huge feat for any artist in any genre.
The record features 21 new songs, 15 of which have been written by Alan whilst he has teamed up with longtime producing partner Keith Stegall to once again create the dynamic production backdrop that is wonderfully laced throughout every single song on the project.
This is one of the most hotly anticipated albums of the year and is Alan Jackson’s first full-length release that features a tracklist of all new songs in six years so it a collection that’s been a long time coming for his global fanbase and it will no doubt delight his listenership.
Speaking about the LP and its soundscape, Alan states: “It’s a little harder country than even I’ve done in the past, and it’s funny, I was driving and listening to the final mixes Keith sent me, and I started to tear up. I was surprised to get so overly emotional, but I just love this kind of music.”
It is an expertly crafted album laced with old-school country traditions and standout production styles all of which drive the songs lyrical stories perfectly whilst giving room for Alan Jackson’s strong vocal to take the lead creating a dynamic and enriching project from one of country music’s finest artists.
