Brooke Eden Shares ‘No Shade’ Video

Fresh from the recent release of her first single in several years ‘No Shade’, country-pop singer/songwriter Brooke Eden has now shared the official music video for the anthemic offering with the sun-drenched clip perfectly bringing the song’s lyrical story to life whilst adding another layer to the track.

It may be cold, wet, and ever so grey in the UK, but US performer Eden is bringing us a much-needed dose of the feel-good warm sun with this sunny visual that exudes summery vibes, and optimism with the video having been filmed and directed by renowned filmmaker Ford Fairchild.

It’s a striking music video from Brooke Eden who delivers a wonderfully crafted treatment for the official clip which is her first in four years – and that time away has done her the world of good having allowed her the time to really focus on where she wants to take her music in terms of sonic style, and visual aesthetics.

Speaking about the video, Brooke says: “Filming the music video for ‘No Shade’ had me incredibly in my element. I got to bring my Nashville creative team down to my hometown in sunny south Florida, right back to the bar that started it all. The tiki bar where the video takes place is actually the bar where I played shows that earned me the money to move to Nashville. It was a total full circle moment filming the first part of this three video story, in the city that gave me the confidence to chase this dream.”

It’s a wonderful offering from Eden and one that gives fans a further glimpse into her backstory and how she made that move to Music City a reality; working at a tiki bar in her hometown of Florida to earn enough money to set up a home in Nashville where she could pursue her country music dream.
