Manchester-based British country music singer/songwriter Gary Quinn is getting ready to take another step toward global chart and radio success with his latest single ‘Complicated’ dropping across all leading digital download and streaming platforms from Friday, February 26th.
The forthcoming track has been co-written by Gary alongside Nashville-based, Arizona native songwriter Alec Petford and is the eagerly awaited follow-up to his previous UK Country Chart number 1 ‘Nobody Somebody’ which became a huge streaming hit when it was released back last month.
The newest single sees Gary Quinn exploring the old-age story of relationship boundaries and that feeling of being ready to cross the line from close friendship to something deeper in the belief and hope that the other person feels the same and is ready to take the plunge to become lovers.
Speaking about the upcoming offering ahead of its release later this month, Gary says: “The song is about that age-old story of one person wanting to cross the line of friendship and explore something more in the belief the other person is on the same page. We sometimes make things far too complicated when they don’t have to be”
