Hannah May Allison Announces New Single ‘Talk About’
With her previous offering ‘Don’t Hate The Idea’ racking up the global streams with it also recently being added to Spotify’s editorial Boots playlist, on-the-rise country/pop performer Hannah May Allison has confirmed that her newest single ‘Talk About’ drops this coming Friday (October 22nd).
The forthcoming track signals the end of her 2021 era with the song being her last official release of this calendar year and she is going out on a high with a single that showcases her immense growth both as a vocalist and as a writer – this bookends the previous drops this year perfectly.
It’s a fun, flirty pop crossover release that sees Hannah May Allison delivering a relatable tale of being a little too open with your girlfriends when it comes to dating a new guy – it’s about that first rush and the gushing of how great he is when you first begin the relationship – something most will resonate with.
Speaking about the track, Hannah states: “As a girl, we’ve all had a girlfriend or two who can’t seem to zip their lips about the new guy in her life, and we’ve all told ourselves that we would NEVER be ‘that girl’ in a new relationship. This is a song about realizing that you are now ‘that girl’.”
The upcoming song has been co-written by the singer/songwriter alongside Sean Spollen and Lauren McLamb and expertly produced by music maker Zachary Manno with the words and production overlay showcasing a more whimsical, carefree side to her sound whilst the narrative focuses on modern dating culture.
