Jack and Tim Announce New Single ‘Sad Songs’
British country music duo Jack and Tim earlier this summer wowed with the release of their stunning debut EP ‘Long Way Home’ which featured an impressive tracklist and shone a light on their tight father-son harmonies, and moving lyrical ability as they continue rising up the ranks.
And despite an extremely tough 2020 with multiple setbacks due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic that has hit artists particularly hard especially those who are independent halting touring plans and hitting sales hard the pair have never given up and still share music on a regular basis.
And now Jack and Tim are ready to wow their listeners once again this time with the release of their gorgeous new single ‘Sad Songs’ which is available to order as a physical CD with the offering also including a B-Side of their poignant festive track ‘Home For Christmas’, the new song will also be made available for download later this month.
Speaking about their latest single offering, Tim says: “The Lyric Idea for “Sad Songs ” came about after years of playing in bars and venues where its Friday night … all people want to do is listen to some happy music, have a few drinks and dance all their blues away! Jack Killed it with some bluesy slide guitar and we were away. The song wrote itself really, but it doesn’t always work that way”.
‘Sad Songs’ is another exemplary example of just how talented the UK duo are as they showcase their sublime vocal harmonies throughout the brilliant track that is another truly outstanding release from the Brit country-pop act as they continue to push for global chart success with their divine soundscape.
