Lauren Alaina Announces New Single ‘Getting Over Him’
Fresh from sharing her stunning collaboration ‘Getting Good’ with Trisha Yearwood earlier this year, country-pop powerhouse Lauren Alaina returns this September with her brand new and eagerly anticipated single titled ‘Getting Over Him’ which once again promises to be a massive crossover anthem.
The American vocalist shared the exciting news across social media confirming to her legion of fans that a brand new era of music will kick-off on September 4th and follows on from the ‘Getting Good’ record which was a huge success for the singer/songwriter.
Speaking about the forthcoming song which is set to be her most honest to date, Lauren Alaina stated: “Wrote this music while learning how to leg go of the past” [sic]. Along with the official single announcement, Alaina also shared a sneak peek at the sonic production with a 1-minute clip.
The short clip gives a little glimpse as to what listeners can expect from the sonic stylistic that looks set to have a slower pace and sounds very much like it could be an emotional power ballad that also keeps a tight hold of the pop fusion sound she has such an ease with.
Lauren Alaina is one of the most impressive country artists on the scene right now and the control she has over her lyrical and production output allows her to deliver music straight from her soul which in turn allows for her to make deep and meaningful connections with her fans.
