Lauren Davidson Announces New Single ‘Live In The Light’
Fast-rising country crossover performer Lauren Davidson had a hugely successful breakout year in 2020 and as we welcome 2021 the US artist is ready to take another giant leap toward global chart stardom with the release of her brand new single ‘Live In The Light’ which drops on January 22nd.
The forthcoming track follows on from a string of hit singles that were shared by Davidson last year, and also follows-up her incredibly impressive EP that set a marker for what’s to come from the singer/songwriter, and with her newest release, she has shown that she is ready to take her career to the next level.
As an artist, Lauren Davidson is bold and unafraid to mix genre styles in order to create a unique soundscape that is one hundred percent her own, and with ‘Live In The Light’ she has once again shown that she has the talent to match and rival that of the biggest names on the scene.
Speaking about the upcoming song, Lauren says: “Music heals, especially now. I wrote Live in the Light during my time home in quarantine when the pandemic hit. It started out as basically a journal entry and I had to share what was on my heart and that piece of me with the world.”
It’s a beautiful lyrical story and one that will no doubt inspire and uplift listeners across the world especially those who are still in strict lockdowns. Lauren Davidson is a gorgeous vocalist and a skilled songwriter and this latest offering brings together both of those talents perfectly.
