Macy Tabor Announces New Single ‘Uptown In A Smalltown’

On the rise country-pop singer/songwriter Macy Tabor has formally announced details of her brand new and eagerly awaited single ‘Uptown In A Smalltown’. The track will be dropping on Friday, July 3rd, and is one of the most exciting releases this calendar year across the country crossover genre.

The song is an uptempo, feel-good, fun release that is guaranteed to grab listeners’ attention. With standout lyrics such as “we’re uptown in a small town, camo and blue jeans is our suit and gown. Yeah, we’re uptown in a small town, working hard for a living ’til the sun goes down,” it’s is one of those tracks that make it truly feel like summer and is perfect for blasting on your road trip during long, hot sun-drenched nights.

‘Uptown In A Smalltown’ comes on the back of Macy Tabor taking part in a very special session at local nonprofit, Notes for Notes, with country music superstar Kane Brown. During the event, Kane stopped by to meet with the youngsters and give them some advice. Macy also had the chance to play “Uptown In A Small Town” for Kane and get his feedback, something she will never ever forget!

With her latest impressive offering, the teen sensation is following on from her massive breakout hit ‘Just Friends’ which dropped last August and quickly set the teenager on the road to global stardom thanks to her incredible vocal control and mature outlook.

Speaking about her newest Will Flores produced single, Macy Tabor says: “The song is about how you can still have fun in any small town without having all the materialistic things. The concept came from co-writer Gina Jones. She said she had the title before we wrote the song,
