Nate Barnes Announces Debut EP ‘You Ain’t Pretty’

Fast-rising country talent Nate Barnes is ready to build on the breakout success of 2020 which saw his hit single ‘You Ain’t Pretty’ becoming one of the most played songs of the year, and as we move into the middle part of 2021, he has announced that the EP of the same name will be dropping on June 4th.

When the song released last year amidst a global pandemic, Nate was a relative unknown within the genre but the track resonated with listeners around the globe and put him on the map as “the next big thing” with the hit reaching more than 15 million impressions on TikTok, and over 3 million YouTube views.

And now the multi-faceted artist is ready to see his global listenership grow even further with the release of his upcoming EP ‘You Ain’t Pretty’ which will be distributed via Quarts Hill Records – the collection is set to be one of the most successful country offerings of the 2021 calendar year.

Speaking about the project, Nate Barnes says: “This collection of songs is near and dear to my heart. There are some up-tempo barnburners as well as some soulful ballads. Whether I wrote them or not, each song tells a story that I can personally relate to and each song is a little piece of me. We had a lot of fun making this project and I feel so fortunate to have worked with some of the best songwriters and producers in the business to craft my first-ever EP!”
