Ronan Keating Enlists Shania Twain For Album Track ‘Forever and Ever, Amen’

Irish singer/songwriter Ronan Keating today (Friday, July 24th) shared his special anniversary album ‘Twenty Twenty’ which celebrates his lasting legacy within the industry. Featuring a number of his biggest hits alongside several stunning covers the record is a beautiful body of work.

The CD also includes a number of collaborations with hugely successful musicians from across the world including the legendary Shania Twain. Shania joins Keating on the reworking of Randy Travis’ hit ‘Forever and Ever, Amen’ and the result is a truly stunning offering.

Speaking about collaborating with Ronan, Shania states: “Ronan and I actually sang together many years ago after meeting when we did the Notting Hill soundtrack. It’s taken 20 years to release a duet but I’ve always thought he was a rare talent. I’m so grateful we came together and did this version of ‘Forever and Ever, Amen’ from country legend Randy Travis”.

Their duet was well and truly worth the wait as their gorgeous vocals join together for an outstanding vocal harmony in order to create a breathtaking version of the global smash-hit. The indie-pop vibe bleeds into the country sonic stylistic perfectly and makes it sound like a gorgeous unique cover.

The two icons coming together on this song seems like the perfect union and with both artists allowing each other the room to take centre stage before joining each other on the chorus means the track has a chance to breathe and drive into different avenues so that it never stays static.
