SINGLE REVIEW: Twinnie’s ‘Feeling Of Falling -Acoustic’

Back in August, York country-pop sensation Twinnie wowed with her stunning acoustic rendition of hit single ‘Whiplash’ with the track being pared back to its original roots allowing for the English performer to shine a light on her breathtaking vocal, and now she has delivered yet another incredible release with new single ‘Feeling Of Falling – Acoustic’.

Once again Twinnie has taken a song off her standout debut album ‘Hollywood Gypsy’ and totally stripped it back to its original country core breathing new life into the pop-tinged original that in turns let her voice take centre stage and for the lyrical story to take on a deeper meaning,

Lyrically the track talks of letting all inhibitions go as you dive headfirst into new love without fearing what comes next and delivers an honest message of what that heady first rush of love feels like. Whilst Twinnie’s powerhouse vocal takes the track to the next level as she delivers yet another stellar acoustic offering.

Penned by Twinnie alongside Eric Blair, Blair Daly, and Sam Ellis this stripped-back rendition has been produced by Twinnie and Barnabas Shaw during lockdown where the pair decided to go back through the ‘Hollywood Gypsy’ LP and see what they could create if they took apart the original productions featured on the tracklist and the result so far is magical.

The Brit artist is already without a doubt one of the most exciting and talented vocalists and songwriters the UK has ever produced and with this divine acoustic rendition of ‘Feeling Of Falling’ she has showcased once again that she is well on her way to becoming Britain’s leading export in country music.

The luscious offering is gorgeously produced in a stunningly sparse way with the multi-talented writer, singer, and producer making sure her personality and vision are scattered throughout the track as she reinvents the original anthem alongside Shaw with the pair creating a truly breathtaking new version of the song.
