Song Of The Week – The Rising’s ‘You Had It All’

Here at Music and Tour News we are so thrilled to be joining forces with the incredible folks over at Modern Age Music Roots for our weekly Song Of The Week series and we are delighted to reveal that this Monday’s chosen track comes from The Rising with their newest release ‘You Had It All’.

The on-the-rise rock-country crossover duo originally from Ireland have been continuously putting out regular songs and they will continue to share a new one every few weeks this year as they build up to their brand new EP which is slated for an official drop later in the year.

And with this latest offering the pair have shown that their new music is some of the very best they have created so far – they are showcasing their strong vocal harmonies, impressive production overlays, and an effortless songwriting talent that seeps through every record they produce.

‘You Had It All’ is also the very first time that The Rising have collaborated with another performer on one of their singles and the added addition of Stephen A. Quinn adds an incredible layer to the overall vibe of this track creating a dynamic and fresh sound that we haven’t heard from the country rockers before.

This is a huge step-up from the fast-rising duo, and it’s one that will allow them to further break out into the mainstream country scene as they look to push the barriers and breakthrough the ceiling of what modern country music is – this is a great start for showing what they’re able to do when they truly push themselves.
