The Cadillac Three Announce New Album ‘Tabasco & Sweet Tea’
Country music trio The Cadillac Three are once again ready to take the genre by storm this time with the release of their brand new album ‘Tabasco & Sweet Tea’ which releases on Friday, October 23rd via Big Machine Records with the record expected to be one of the major highlights of the year.
The forthcoming body of work is expected to further build on the grooves of their previous 2021 LP ‘Country Fuzz’ and will also seem them open a time capsule of their rich musical history together as they share a truly standout album that will no doubt become another global chart hit.
The ‘Tabasco & Sweet Tea’ LP sees The Cadillac Three expanding on their formative years of playing together in basements and garages and allows them the opportunity to tap into each of their own eclectic musical tastes and the result is a fantastic, blended record that gives a real insight into the band and their inspirations.
Speaking about the upcoming release, drummer Neil Mason says: “As we finished the last record, we knew we were only tapping the surface with songs like ‘The Jam’ for where we could go next musically and found ourselves inspired to dive into these sounds that we had never explored before as a band”.
Whilst Jaren Johnson adds: “This album is a science project… constantly moving in different directions but keeping one cohesive feel throughout. We kind of have this innate thing going after all these years so it’s was cool to kind of stretch into some new musical spaces with elements of a DJ set that flows from track to track, but mixed with 80’s funk vibes and jam-band flow over hardcore country lyrics.”
