The Shires Announce Rescheduled Tour Dates and Livestream Show
With COVID-19 restrictions still affecting our everyday lives, and hampering the live music industry it has been confirmed by Government officials that shows without social distancing in place will not go ahead before the summer at the earliest so, with that confirmation, The Shires have announced that their tour dates have been moved to 2022.
The run of shows were due to take place this coming Spring following their postponement last year which happened twice but with April still too early for concerts to safely take place in the UK the duo consisting of best friends Ben Earle and Crissie Rhodes have decided to play safe and reschedule for next April/May.
It’s a wise decision from the record-making country-pop act as the roadmap out of lockdown this year is subject to many terms so with tour dates penciled in for 2022 they have given themselves a fantastic chance of taking to the road and performing live once again for their loyal fans.
US performer Eric Paslay will be The Shires’ support act for the 2022 UK tour which will make for an excellent evening of live country music and with travel restrictions set to be lifted by then, there will be no problem with Pasley getting to Britain to partake in the string of dates.
Along with announcing the rescheduled tour dates, The Shires have also confirmed that they will be performing a virtual livestream concert on April 10th with tickets for the global event going on sale from March 10th – it’s set to be a fully immersive showcase so be quick to grab your place.
