The Shires Share ‘Lightning Strikes’ Video Featuring Lauren Alaina

Back in October 2020 record-breaking UK country-pop crossover duo The Shires released their stunning single ‘Lightning Strikes’ featuring US country music talent Lauren Alaina with the new collaboration version allowing for the Brit act to get a real foothold across the American market.

And with the single continuing to build up momentum across global streaming services and chart countdowns, The Shires consisting of English singer/songwriters Ben Earle and Crissie Rhodes have now shared the official music video for the track which features gorgeous guest vocals from Alaina.

The simplistic visual builds on the live performance aspect of promotional videos that the UK country duo have been sharing as part of their latest album campaign with the pair performing the track with live video footage of Lauren Alaina singing in America being spliced together to create an outstanding aesthetic.

It’s another wonderful music video release from the pop crossover band as they continue along the path to global stardom and having Lauren featured on one of their very best songs is giving them a major opportunity to reach a whole new and growing fanbase in the States.
