Twinnie Announced As Tenille Townes’ London Support
Fresh from the release of her standout cross-genre EP ‘Welcome to the Club‘, it has this week been confirmed by music promoters C2C that singer/songwriter Twinnie will be the support act for Tenille Townes’ upcoming London showcase at Scala on October 19th as part of the Country Music Week celebrations.
The exciting news comes after it was also announced that on July 14th, the York native will open for Australian country music hitmaker Morgan Evans at the Lafayette venue in London – both gigs are expected to introduce the performer to new audiences and further push her toward global chart acclaim.
These two support slots come on the back of her incredible CMA Fest debut earlier this month in music city; Nashville alongside a string of outstanding live gigs in the city including performances at the Listening Room Cafe, Bonnaroo Fest, and at Nashville Pride too which gave her the opportunity to grow her reputation further in Nashville.
This has been a hugely exciting and successful year for Twinnie so far with a few trips to Tennessee having already taken place, multiple shows in the US, and the UK in the diary for the summer and beyond, massive festival slots, new music released, and the growth of I KNOW A WOMAN is continuing as well whilst she has also had some great TV and radio appearances too.
Further to that, the English hitmaker is currently putting songs together for her sophomore album that will be the follow-up to her 2020 smash ‘Hollywood Gypsy’, with the artist looking to expand her musicality with a record that is a hybrid of genre styles so that it stays true to her roots.
