Twinnie Announces ‘Welcome to the Club: The Film’

Continuing with the incredible ‘Welcome to the Club’ project, British pop-country crossover star Twinnie expands the record further with the beautiful short film that brings together the four official music videos; ‘Dying Inside’, ‘Welcome to the Club’, ‘One Heart’, and ‘Something or Somebody’ with additional footage.

Filmed between London, and Nashville the film bridges the gap between the worlds that the York native has immersed herself in and narrates the healing mental health journey through therapy with the therapist being portrayed by Doctor Who actor Mandip Gill with those scenes tying the captivating story together.

Throughout we see “Twinnie’ in therapy talking through the breakdown of her relationship (One Heart), the devastation of not being able to move on (Dying Inside), the risky moves of trying to forget (Something or Somebody) and the realisation that her true power lies within and the celebration that liberates her from the heartbreak prison (Welcome to the Club).

The YouTube premiere will take place in the UK on Friday, August 12 at 5 pm BST following a US premiere via CMT on Thursday, August 11 in Nashville and it is a striking short film that will leave viewers feeling truly inspired by the journey we undertake via the dynamic music that is encapsulated within the piece of art.
