Unsigned Artists Announce Mind Charity Single ‘I Won’t Forget To Miss You’
Scarlet River Management and Country Chat With Dom have teamed up to create an unsigned country music collective featuring eight incredible artists from all around the world in order to create and release a stunning original single all in aid of the mental health charity Mind.
The track which drops on Friday, November 27th is titled ‘I Won’t Forget To Miss You’, and is a poignant, timely release that shines a light on what it really means to be there for someone when they are struggling with their mental health. All proceeds from the sale of the song will go directly to Mind.
The idea to create and share the track which features Emma Moore, Kyle Elliott, Brittany McLamb, Emilia Quinn, Charlotte Young, Georgia Nevada, Daniel Borge, Bob Fitzgerald, came about due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic which has affected many people as they struggle to come o terms with the changing landscape of everyday life.
Speaking about the track, songwriter Tyler Spicer says: “‘I Won’t Forget to Miss You’ encapsulates the global and universal sentiments that we’ve all felt during this pandemic: those of missing family, those of separation from loved ones, and those of trying to find a sense of normality in the face of mass change. I hope this single can bring together our collective experience for both positive, active change, and to heal and unify us all, wherever we are, no matter how far apart, this Christmas.”
The lyrical story that is weaved throughout the offering perfectly captures what many of us are feeling right now, and it is a truly beautiful release that encapsulates the feelings of the world at the moment during the pandemic.
