Ward Thomas Announce New Single ‘Someday’
Ahead of the release of their fourth studio album ‘Invitation’ which drops on Friday, October 9th British country-pop record makers Ward Thomas will share another brand new single off the impressive tracklist this coming Friday (September 25th) in the form of the standout ‘Someday’.
The song is a hugely impressive release from the twin sisters with the lyrical story being inspired by Lizzy’s long-distance relationship (her other half lives in Africa). It is a gorgeous strings-drenched offering that is overlayed with luscious harmonies as they deliver yet another stellar sonic fusion.
Along with confirming the official release date for ‘Someday’, Ward Thomas have also already filmed the official music video for the single with the clip expected to premiered shortly after the songs streaming drop date this weekend. The forthcoming visual looks set to be another major standout from the twins as they kick the promo campaign for ‘Invitation’ into high gear.
Confirming the official video shoot, and forthcoming ‘Someday’ single release across their social media channels, the Hampshire twin sisters Catherine and Lizzy stated: “We shot a music video today…. and we are really excited about it! [we] Can’t wait to share the new single with you!!!!”
The track is a massive standout from Ward Thomas as they continue on the path to global stardom having already cemented their status as the UK’s leading country music crossover duo the pair are now looking to break out further across Europe and the States and with this single, and upcoming LP they have given themselves every chance to become Britain’s leading exports.
