Dolly Parton Announces Festive Album ‘A Holly Dolly Christmas’

Country music legend Dolly Parton has announced her first festive album in 30 years with her latest collection ‘A Holly Dolly Christmas’ being confirmed for an October 2nd release with the LP promising to bring some much-needed cheer to listeners across the globe as they begin the countdown to the holiday season.

The forthcoming project will be lead by the single ‘Cuddle Up, Cozy Down Christmas’ which will feature vocal crooner Michael Bublé with the collaboration set to be one of the best festive releases of the 2020 Christmas season, especially as the pair, have such different vocal styles meaning there will be a delightful sonic stylistic.

The full LP will also feature a string of other standout collaborations including a new version of the Mariah Carey classic ‘All I Want For Christmas Is You’ which will feature talk-show host Jimmy Fallon with the duet know doubt adding another stellar dimension to the already impressive tracklist.

Speaking to Billboard during the album announcement about the safety measures in place for the collaborations, Dolly Parton stated: “They had done some of the tracks before the pandemic, but then we went in and started doing our vocals. We’ve been very smart, very careful because we’re trying to protect ourselves and I’m an older person.”

The forthcoming festive collection from Parton promises to be a standout offering of classic Christmas favorites and star-studded duets that will delight fans across the globe and start getting people into the Christmas spirit early this year especially as most are looking for an escape during the current climate.
