Kathryn Shipley Wins Multiple Josie Music Awards

American country music vocalist Kathryn Shipley has so far had a stellar 2020 in terms of major success with her impressive releases and now she has been honored with two awards at this year Josie Music Awards with the performer having been nominated in an incredible seven categories.

The vocal powerhouse picked up the awards for Music Video of The Year (Female-Category) for her gorgeous single “This Will Always Be My Town”, written by Ronnie Stoops and for Christian/Gospel Song of The Year, with “Your Love is Enough” written by Drew Miller and Kiersten Rose.

The sixth annual 2020 Josie Music Awards were held on September 5th at The Country Tonite Theatre in Pigeon Forge, TN, and received more than 30,000 submissions making Kathryn Shipley’s nominations and wins even more impressive considering she was in such tough categories alongside some incredible artists.

Speaking about being honored at the event, Kathryn says: “The Blessings have continued since I started this journey in 2016, to commit my passion to music, it is not about the wins, but it is about the people who cross my path and what I learn from them, and what I hope I can give in return, truly no words what this year’s show has meant to me”

The reach of these two releases, in particular, have cemented Kathryn Shipley’s status as one of the leading Christian/Country performers to be coming out of the States at the minute and allows her to build on her growing platform as she continues on the path to worldwide.
