Zoee and The Band Win Amazing Folk Band/Trio/Duo At FPC Music Awards

Fresh from releasing her stellar new single ‘Take Me Away’ a couple of months ago, rising country crossover talent Zoee has been honored at the Fair Play Country Music Awards for her outstanding contribution to the folk genre cementing her status as one of the leading artists within the genre.

The Holland-based awards look to celebrate those making a difference within the country and country crossover music community and thanks to her eclectic sonic style that blends together a variety of sounds, Zoee fits right into the realm FPC are looking to honour so this award perfectly fits into the brand of the singer/songwriter.

It is also a huge testament to her global reach with the UK based, Australian singer/songwriter proving that her musical release have the capabilities to reach far and wide and this award is a beautiful celebration of the outstanding success she has already had so far this year with a string of hit singles.

Zoee is, without doubt, one of the most talented musicians within the eclectic and growing country music scene, and this award for Amazing Folk Band/Trio/Duo at the FPC Music Awards drives home that sentiment and also paves the way for her to further become a true global chart star.

Speaking about the award win, Zoee says: “We were nominated for 12 awards initially, which was unexpected and the most I’ve ever been nominated for. That was huge. To win “Amazing Folk Band”, given the vast selection of talent out there, was just incredible. We feel very honoured!”
