Krystal Cameron Announces New Single ‘Wanted The Whiskey’
Fast-rising country music talent Krystal Cameron has this week confirmed that her brand new, and eagerly anticipated single titled ‘Wanted The Whiskey’ will be dropping this Monday (April 10th) across all leading digital download and streaming platforms around the globe.
The forthcoming release from the multi-talented vocalist is her first official single of 2021 and sees her delivering a stellar track that is steeped in classic country styles, whilst she expertly incorporates modern sounds to create a dynamic, and far-reaching soundscape that encapsulates her artistry.
‘Wanted The Whiskey’, will see Krystal Cameron building on the solid foundation of success she laid with her debut offering ‘Bad Taste’ which she shared back in August 2020, and it’s a wonderful follow-up that gives her the opportunity to show another side to what she has to offer the country scene.
Speaking about the track, Krystal says: ‘I wrote this song a few years ago after spending so much time with a guy who kept taking me out for drinks & sending mixed signals – I could never tell if he was into me or not, and after a while, I wished I didn’t spend all that time trying to figure him out“.
It’s an excellent song that allows Cameron the opportunity to showcase her vocal strength, and extremely impressive songwriting skill as she delivers a relatable story arc that is overlayed with standout country crossover sounds making this an offering that has the potential to become a worldwide chart hit.
