Tyler Farr Releases New Single ‘Cover Girl’

On-the-rise BBR Music Group/Night Train Records country music recording artist Tyler Farr returns today (Friday, June 4th) with his latest offering ‘Cover Girl’ which sees him taking a powerful stand against domestic violence – a theme which is inspiring to see a man in the industry talking about.

Sadly domestic abuse affects millions of Americans every single year, and this song is all about delivering a message of hope, and unity in bringing justice to those abusers, and solace, and healing to the victims, it’s a barrier-breaking release that encourages anyone being abused o speak out and get the help they need.

To bring the empowering lyrical story to life, Tyler Farr teamed up with Blake Bollinger, and Ben Stennis and it’s a truly stellar track that handles the delicate theme with an abundance of caution whilst never being afraid to tread into darkness in order to share the real depth of the story.

Speaking about the track, Tyler says: “I wrote down the title ‘Cover Girl’ about five years ago when I was in the Atlanta airport reading a magazine and saw an advertisement. Didn’t think anything of it, simply thought it was a cool idea for a song. Me and a couple of buddies (Ben Stennis & Blake Bollinger) were writing in my garage on this particular day and started playing around with ideas that might fit that title. Once we got going the lyrics just came pouring out and we ended up with something bigger than expected. Unfortunately, this happens to a lot of people or folks who may know someone in this situation and not everyone knows how to talk about it. That’s what I hope this song does – helps someone through whatever it is they are going through. Not all scars are physical ones and we don’t always know what’s happening in someone else’s life. Maybe this song can be some comfort and help.”

It is a brilliant, and impressive offering from the multi-talented performer and it’s one that allows him the opportunity to truly shine a light on his stellar songwriting talent, and gritty vocal as he delivers one of the most hard-hitting, and powerful country songs of the year so far.
