Andrew Farriss Releases Debut EP ‘Love Makes The World’
This year was meant to be a major breakthrough one for acclaimed singer/songwriter Andrew Farriss with the release of his debut album scheduled for the end of the year and a tour to support the record however COVID-19 put those plans to bed and instead the performer is set to share the CD next year.
But not one to let setbacks get in his way Andrew instead threw his focus into creating and today (October 2nd) he shares his stunning debut solo EP titled ‘Love Makes The World’ which features five brand new songs from the country music rising star including the hit single ‘All The Stars Are Mine’.
It’s a project that focuses on human relationships and is a very timely offering during these tough times as he delivers heartfelt songs about what’s really important to us in this world which is that relationship we have between each other a feeling that has taken an even deeper meaning during 2020.
Speaking about the project, Andrew Farriss says: “When I was first creating the EP, I realised the song titles were creating their own EP. All the lyrics tie in together, and that was where I decided which songs would be the most powerful on there. I do believe that the pandemic has taught people a lot more to focus and slow down the pace of everything, appreciate time with family, and look at things that matter the most. It feels like the right time to be putting this out. I am really excited because now we have the opportunity to share this music. It has ended up a bit backward-and-forwards ironically, but it feels right.”
It’s a wonderful, thought-provoking body of work that allows for the country singer/songwriter to really showcase his soaring vocal prowess and poignant songwriting skill as he weaves together important messages throughout the songs featured on the stellar EP’s tracklist that is one of the best releases of the year.
