Devin Dawson Releases New Single ‘I Got A TRuck’

After a lengthy wait for new music, Nashville recording artist Devin Dawson has finally returned with his anthemic new single ‘I Got A Truck’ which is an offering for all the dream chasers in the world with the Atlantic Records/Warner Music Nashville release delivering an intoxicating summer anthem.

The track features a powerful lyrical story of heart, grit, and determination that far surpasses the song’s title as Dawson digs deep on the lyrics which he wrote entirely alone making it a remarkable, and honest tale of what it’s like to chase a dream. The single was penned on Devin’s tour bus and is a huge standout offering from the singer/songwriter.

This is the first taste of new music from Dawson since the release of his huge breakout debut album ‘Dark Horse’ which dropped back in January of 2018 so although fans have had to wait more than two years for a new release from the performer the wait has totally been worth it as ‘I Got A Truck’ is a stellar track that is a major standout from the US artist.

Sometimes you use tricks you’ve learned along the way to kickstart that inspiration and other times it just lands right in your lap. This song is the latter.
