Hailey Whitters Releases New Single ‘Glad To Be Here’ Featuring Brent Cobb

Fast-rising country music talent Hailey Whitters is currently gearing up for the release of her brand new album ‘Living The Dream’ which is a deluxe version of her breakthrough debut LP ‘The Dream’, with the updated record dopping on Friday, February 26th via Pigasus Records / Big Loud Records / Songs & Daughters.

And as momentum for the forthcoming body of work continues to gain pace, Whitters has now shared a brand new song off the promising tracklist with ‘Glad To Be Here’ featuring incredible guest vocals from multi-talented singer/songwriter Brent Cobb making it a real standout offering.

It’s wonderful to hear two amazing performers colliding on one truly brilliant song and this single is a hugely impressive track from an artist who is currently breaking barriers with her bold, unique soundscape that has her winning new fans and listeners every single day across the globe.

Speaking about the collaboration, Hailey Whitters says: Throughout the whirlwind release of THE DREAM, I kept catching myself sayin’, ‘I’m just glad to be here. I truly felt at peace with my process and was enjoying getting to see dreams come true that I had nearly given up on, believing they would never happen. I went to go write a song about it and realised Brent Cobb, Neil Medley, and Brent Rupard had already done it – and done it really well. I knew I couldn’t top it, so I recorded this one and asked my pal Brent to sing on it with me. He went out on a limb by asking me to open for his SUCKER FOR A GOOD TIME TOUR in the fall of 2019, and he’s also my favorite Country singer-songwriter of this generation, so it was a huge honour to have him singin’ on this one with me.”

It’s a wonderful lyrical story from Hailey and one that allows her to give us a little insight into her musical journey so far as she continues to push toward worldwide chart success and become the genre’s leading female vocalist. She is a special talent and this new single is remarkable.
