Jimmie Allen Releases New Single ‘Big In A Small Town’

US country music performer Jimmie Allen has today (Friday, August 27th) released his newest single titled ‘Big In A Small Town’ which is the theme song for the Netflix series Titletown High for which the singer/songwriter is an executive producer, allowing him to add yet another bow to his talents.

The Titletown High series is available to stream right now via the internet TV network across 190 countries and this standout song from the ACM award winner gives a fans little taste of what to expect from the series and also showcases his stellar vocal control and standout songwriting skill.

Allen serves as Executive Music Producer for the series, giving him the opportunity to tap into his broad and often genreless music sensibilities to curate all of the music that viewers will hear throughout the series – including tracks from the likes of G-Eazy & Demi Lovato, LANCO, Matt Stell, P-Lo, Goody Grace, Carly Rose, Chris Bandi, Kossisko, Carrie, and Nate Woodall.

Speaking to The Wrap about the Netflix show, Jimmie Allen said: “Having an executive role behind the camera has always been a dream of mine, so I’m thrilled to be the Executive Music Producer on Titletown High. I loved using music to enhance the show’s already compelling nature and can’t wait for viewers to hear incredible songs from many amazing artists. Having ‘Big In A Small Town’ serve as the show’s theme song was the cherry on top!”

Speaking about his latest offering ‘Big In A Small Town’, Jimmie states: “I grew up in a small town. Whether it’s football, a dream you have… everything you do in a small town is a big thing.
