Kirstie Kraus Announces New Single ‘Something New’
On-the-rise country music singer/songwriter Kirstie Kraus is kicking off the new year in a major way with the announcement that she has a brand new single dropping on Friday, January 14th – the track, titled ‘Something New’ will allow the performer to further build on her growing reputation as one of the genre’s brightest new stars.
The forthcoming release follows on from breakout singles including ‘Bird’, and ‘Yes You Can’ and for this offering, she will deliver a personal lyrical story that will tell the tale of her decision to move to Music City; Nashville and how that relocation was fuelled by her dreams of a career in music.
To bring the track to life, Kirstie Kraus has teamed up with some outstanding music makers, with songwriter Joe Sly, and producers Arkfoo, and Dr. Ford jumping on board alongside some seriously talented session musicians; Chris Benelli, John Billings, and Lee Turner in order to craft the body of the song.
It is a unique take on the standard moving to Nashville story and allows Kirstie to further showcase a piece of herself to her growing listenership whilst putting the spotlight on her artistry – a little fun fact about the single is that it was penned at a local library in Nashville alongside Joe Sly.
