LIVE REVIEW: Breland @ The Electric Ballroom London

Some artists were just born to be on stage, and country music superstar Breland is certainly one of those. His energetic on stage prescience, easy banter with the audience and killer vocals combine to make him a real standout in entertainment and last night (September 9) at The Electric Ballroom he was truly mesmerizing.

Arriving on stage at 8.30pm following a stunning opening set by Avery Anna, Breland rattled through some of his biggest hits to date including ‘High Horse’. ‘Told You I Could Drink’. ‘Praise The Lord’, ‘Thick’ ‘My Truck’, ‘Throw It Back’, and ‘Good For You’ creating an incredible atmosphere that had the sold-out crowd in full voice.

This was Breland’s largest headline show to date, and he did not disappoint, especially with the intimate stripped back moment halfway through that allowed him to put the spotlight on his artistry with songs such as ‘For What It’s Worth’ with UK artist Kezia Gill, and global smash ‘Cross Country’. An emotional moment that showcased how far he’s come in the last few years.

A beautiful moment was also a part of the night when the New Jersey native invited an audience member up on stage where he proposed to his girlfriend – a sweet moment that allowed Breland to further connect with his ever-growing UK fanbase and show how much he truly appreciates these little moments.

Breland’s talents are undeniable, and at the Electric Ballroom he put on a truly outstanding live show that will live long in the memory of those lucky enough to be in attendance. This will probably be one the of last times fans get the chance to see him in such an intimate setting as his fanbase his growing at a rapid rate and he will be playing much bigger venues the next time he headlines a UK tour.
