LIVE REVIEW: Eric & Jensen – London

Last night (Wednesday, April 19th) Nashville Meets London delivered another epic showcase at the Pizza Express in Holborn, London with headliners, British country music sibling duo Eric & Jensen being supported by fellow Brit artist Thomas Kavanagh for a night of intimate live music.

Thomas took to the stage first, performing a tight set of originals that showcased his vocal tone and allowed him to demonstrate his ever-maturing artistry. He shines in an intimate setting and last night’s venue offered the perfect acoustic for him so that he could perform to the best of his abilities.

The packed crowd loved it and were well warmed up before the main event of Eric & Jensen who are fast becoming the most talked about British country act thanks to their easy-on-stage banter and charm, barnstorming performances, and super tight vocal harmonies that set them apart from the rest.

The boys are well-known for performing full-on shows but last night in this small, up-close-and-personal venue they stripped things back and delivered a stunning acoustic set that gave them the opportunity to put the spotlight on their vocal control that is just getting better and better with every show they do.

They rattled through some of their own hits including ‘Feels Like This’, ‘Beer Brave’, and ‘Party Strong’ whilst also throwing a couple of brilliant covers in there too making for a truly amazing live set from the brothers. Eric & Jensen are definitely ones to watch within the country music scene.
