Phillip Michael Parsons Releases New Single ‘Bad Girl’

Breakout country music performer Phillip Michael Parsons is ready to take the ever-growing scene by storm with the release of his latest single ‘Bad Girl’ which is his third official single and his best yet. It’s a stellar offering that brings the singer/songwriter to the forefront of the genre and allows him to take his career to the next level.

Lyrically the track pays tribute to a passionate lover with Parsons painting the evocative picture of a “bad girl” who is traditionally a “good woman” but plays on the phrase showcasing the many sides of his girlfriend throughout the risque release that has an anthemic backdrop.

Taking inspiration from the 2003 Tim McGraw global hit ‘Real Good Man’ in which he describes himself as being a “real bad boy” and a “real good man” Phillip Michael Parsons has put a creative spin on that same concept and flipped it so that he is talking about the woman in his life.

Speaking about his latest release, Phillip says: “I get asked all the time what my idea of the perfect woman is, and this song describes just that! Someone you can take home to your mom, but flips a switch when the doors are closed. Someone you would never guess might have that wild side because she saves it for you. A bad girl, but a good woman. ‘Bad Girl’ has a rock edge to it and is something girls and guys can relate to!”

The rock-tinged country crossover song is a sure-fire chart hit for Parsons and one that allows him to broaden his global reach as he continues to push sonic boundaries and forge ahead with his own eclectic soundscape that incorporates a variety of styles to create a sound uniquely his own.
