Rebecca Jayne Releases New Single ‘Heart Of Mine’
On-the-rise Brit country music performer Rebecca Jayne is ready to take the scene by storm with the release of her stunning new single ‘Heart Of Mine’. Released to the world today (October 2nd) the track is already garnering mass critical acclaim and radio su[pport from the likes of Chris Country, and Belles and Gals.
Sonically influenced by the likes of Eva Cassidy, Jayne brings her own unique take on exactly what the Brit country genre is, and with this latest release, she showcases that she is able and ready to bring a whole new sound to the eclectic and growing market as she delivers one of the standout releases of 2020.
Lyrically the track sees Rebecca revisiting an experience from the past and imagining how the events were viewed from the other person’s perspective; a truly unique lyrical story that makes ‘Heart Of Mine’ standout from the current singles we are hearing right now across the airwaves.
Penned back in 2019 during a writing trip to Nashville this single has been in the wings for a while and now feels like the perfect time for Rebecca Jayne to share the stellar offering with the world as she kicks her career into high gear and looks to bring a fresh new stylistic to the scene.
Speaking about the track, Rebecca said: “It was an incredible experience to be recording in a room with such a rich music history. I recorded with 4 incredible musicians – Will Looms on lead guitar and bass, Dan Bennett on banjo and backing vocals, Nick Cowan on piano, and Ben Argyle on drums. Miles and the guys were an absolute dream to work with and I can’t wait to get back in the studio to work on some more music.”
