Since the first lockdown began last March, singer/songwriter and 1/3 of the fast-rising British country-pop trio The Adelaides, Alicia Alba has been sharing gorgeous live performance cover videos across her YouTube channel and her latest upload comes in the form of ‘A Place In The Sun’.

The track is one of Stevie Wonder’s most loved releases and Alba does the song justice with her soulful vocal display that is accompanied by just by her playing acoustic guitar allowing for her voice to take centre stage – she has one of the most beautiful live vocals and this clip showcases that perfectly.

The simplicity of the at-home video makes this stand out even further and gives Alicia Alba the platform to let the strength in her voice shine like never before as she delivers the uplifting, and hopeful lyrical story totally making it her own with a sweet country twist overlaying the classic soul hit.
