The Cadillac Three Announce Global Live-Stream Series
As the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic continues to affect our everyday lives while being particularly hard-hitting on the live music industry artists across the world are looking at innovative ways to bring gigs to their fans safely and one of those acts is Cadillac Three who have confirmed a global live-stream series.
The event which will be available to watch worldwide will be streamed live from The Basement venue in Nashville with virtual tickets being available to purchase beforehand with proceeds going to the Second Harvest Food Bank and the band have also confirmed that they will be joined by special guests during the performances with artists hosting their own shows too.
The series has been launched alongside Country Fuzz who are aiming to secure 100,000 meals in 100 days for those most in need in the state of Tennessee. It’s a vital initiative and this extra cash injection will no doubt go a long way to ensuring families stay fed throughout the crisis.
Speaking about the fundraising events which will kick-off on August 13th and runs through to September, Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee Director, Community Engagement Courtney Blaise said: “We’ve seen a 50% increase in the need for our services since the COVID-19 pandemic began. We are so thankful for this new partnership with The Cadillac Three and the collective generosity of their community and fans for helping provide much-needed food and resources to our neighbors in need.”
While The Cadillac Three’s Neil Mason added: “We are so excited to have partnered with Grimey and The Basement in our hometown to bring high-quality live stream concerts from not only TC3 but a number of our artist friends that have been sidelined from touring as well. Country Fuzz Presents is a way to give fans direct access to music in a time when we all desperately need and miss it. We’ve also partnered with Second Harvest Food Bank with the goal of providing 100,000 meals throughout the community to kids and their families that aren’t able to be in school this fall over the next 100 days.”
Mike Grimey the owner of The Basement, The Basement East, and Grimey’s added, “Partnering with Jaren, Kelby, and Neil is the most down-home thing I can think of that could happen right about now! We’ve been working together for many years, and this is gonna be good for the soul for so many. Let’s rock!”
