The McClymonts Release New Album ‘Mayhem To Madness’
Australian country music trio The McClymonts consisting of three sisters Brooke McClymont, Samantha McClymont and Mollie McClymont, this past Friday shared their sixth studio album titled ‘Mayhem To Madness’, The record should have been supported with a huge sell-out concert at Dee Why RSL on Sydney’s northern beaches as part of their 30-date extensive tour but those plans hit the skids as the entertainment industry closed down overnight due to restrictions put in place to help slow the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) disease.
However, despite setbacks and touring plans being halted the powerhouse trio who are one of Australia’s most loved country acts having worked their way up from intimate shows to performing in front of 30,000 + people during their last tour in 2017, have dropped their incredible new record which fans and critics alike are falling in love with.
Speaking about the anticipation of sharing the LP, youngest sister Mollie says: “I hope people love it as much as we love it”. and she sure has little to worry about in that department. The CD is a stellar collection of crossover country anthems that will strike a chord with listeners the world over whist their sibling harmony is absolutely divine.
The new album ushers in an exciting new era for the sisters who are set to become global superstars with the country genre growing across the world. UK fans in particular will fall in love with their luscious productions, heartfelt lyrics, and glorious harmonies.
The ‘Madness To Mayhem’ record is a truly magnificent body of work and puts The McClymonts firmly on the map as one of the very best trios making the rounds right now. As an established country act, they are comfortable in their skins and make music that means something to them which results in emotive songs that entice listeners in.
